Which job?
Comparison of different job alternatives

Alternatives:
Large software company
best salary and benefits
ok culture - not as cool as the others
Somewhat satisifing, but I'd rather be working on FOSS
just a cog in a big machine
limited travel
Commute is ok
decent team, but not wonderful
Good manager, she said all the right things
I'll learn a lot
$~90k
That early stage startup
low salary and minimal benefits, but maybe it'll work
cool scene - but some stress
Great tech, FOSS all the way!
I'll wear many hats
no travel
Commute is ok
they seem cool, but...
What manager?
Start-up experience is a good thing
$~50k
Small ISV
middle salary and ok benefits
cool scene - but not a lot of pressure
Good tech, not the greatest but ok
clear responsibilities
regular travel
Commute sucks
mellow team but likable
Hard driving manager
Not sure - it's not a start-up and not a big company
$~75k
